Gluten Free Donut Recipe!
Do you love donuts? Ok ok that’s a silly question I know 😜...Sometime the donut cravings are strong... am I right?, but perhaps you don’t want all the calories to go along with it? Or you’re like me and Your IBS is like “Noooo Girl, Cute try though...
Yes... I’m getting to the point... The point is .. Here is a delicious recipe to take away the guilt and the IBS struggles during this lovely season called Pumpkin... ooo wait! I mean Fall... Silly me!
Gluten Free Pumpkin Cinnamon Protein Donuts... Recipe... in 3... 2... 1... btw I used a donut try from amazon. (If you don’t have one.. Should be a staple item in our homes 🏠)
Serving Size: 9 (10P 6C 5F)
70g - 1up nutrition Vanilla Vegan Protein
100g - Trader Joe’s GF Pumpkin Pancake Mix (Gluten Free Flour)
8oz - Almond Milk
2 - Eggs
1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Pinch - Baking Powder
3/4 Scoop - PEScience Cinnamon Delight Vegan Protein
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the donut ingredients together in a large bowl.
Grease the donut tray.
Pour in the batter equally.. I used a scale. Each donut was about 50g.
Bake for 15 mins.
Then let cool for 10 mins.
Add 3/4 scoop cinnamon protein to a bowl where you can easily dunk the dounts.
Add almond milk slowly to get a thick frosting like syrup.
When the donuts are cooled... dunk away and enjoy.
