Blueberry Walnut Protein Cake

Well Hello again!

I hope it’s been a thrilling day for you so far… I wanted to sweeten it a little more with a protein treat from me to you. Here is a simple recipe below, if you’re looking for a homemade treat this week. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Scoop Protein

  • 1/2 Blueberries

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Tbsp & 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 Cup of flour

  • 1/3 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees 

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir like a boss!

  3. Coat the pan with oil

  4. Pour the mixer into the pan

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes 

  6. Stick in a knife/ fork and if it comes out clean... it’s ready. 

  7. Eat as is or top it with maple syrup or honey
