Hello Hello again Beauty!

Welcome back to my little breakfast corner,

First up, we are going to dabble into the ingredients of this bad boy.

Ingredients:

2 - Eggs (Salt & Cracker Pepper)

2 - Slices of Bacon

Half - Avocado

30g - Spinach

40g - Tomatoes

Sides:

Sour Cream w/ Everything Bagel Seasoning (Trader Joes)

Green Salsa (Trader Joes)

Was that too deep for a breakfast recipe? lol Well, I just wanted to check in and make sure things are going well in your life. Okay.. Now let’s get to the instructions.

Instructions:

  1. I like to begin by chopping everything up before I start cooking.

  2. Therefore, Chop Chop :)

  3. Crack the two eggs and season then mix until both yolks are broken.

  4. Begin to cook your bacon in a skillet then once your bacon is almost ready.. Move over to the omelet.

  5. Heat and spray a pan. Place on medium heat.

  6. Pour in your eggs after the pan is nice and hot. Once the eggs are in lower the temp and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Once your omelet has reached your perfect consistency… Shake that bad boy onto a plate and then begin to add your toppings and fold.

I remember the first time that I tried to make an omelet, it was far from pretty, but still edible. Therefore, If this is your first time! You got this lol Happy Cooking gorgeous soul.
